Join our growing Health Care telephone research team! Fields Research is hiring interviewers to call patients and ask about the quality of their health care. NO telemarketing or sales. You read the survey questions as written and enter the patient's answers (primarily multiple choice) into the computer. We have openings for English and fluent bilingual Spanish/English interviewers.
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE: Part-time evenings Monday thru Thursday 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm. Minimum 12 hours per week. Interviewers are required to work two 9:00 pm -12:00 midnight shifts per month. Interviewers are paid TIME AND A HALF during the 9:00 pm - Midnight shift.
All calls are conducted from our offices in Mariemont. (Red Bank exit off I-71)
Qualifications:
Must maintain the confidentiality of data gathered.
All applicants must read aloud well with a clear voice, good pace, and a friendly professional telephone manner. (Must pass a reading assessment)
Basic computer and typing skills are helpful.
Applicants who pass our initial screening and training process can start immediately.
Applicants may be subject to pre-employment background check and drug testing.
