Top-tier, global architecture and design firm in Cincinnati is looking for multiple Project Architects and Architectural Designers for an immense industrial design and buildout program for one of the most prestigious based tech/distribution companies in America. This person will:
- Oversee and participate in the design and project delivery process
- Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to ensure that everyone is on track with project requirements, deadlines, and budgets
- Responsible for leading and coordinating efforts of work done by the design team
- Generate project plans, fee proposals and project schedules in response to RFPs and other opportunities
- Understand resource management, project delivery, and development of agreements/contract
Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent and AutoCAD proficiency are all required - Revit is highly desired.
