DescriptionOfficeTeam is currently partnering with a great Construction company located in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. They are seeking a Construction Administrative Assistant on a temporary to hire basis. This person must have over 2 years of recent and relevant experience within the construction industry.Responsibilities:
Assist and manage all aspects of the Project Management process.
Manage RFI's, submittals, change orders, owner contracts, subcontracts, and other construction admin tasks for multiple projects.
Assist owners of the company with construction administrative tasks.
Assumes responsibility for working with project team members and maintaining complete and accurate records for multiple jobs - working with multiple project managers, engineers and accountants.
Assumes responsibility for assisting project accountants in following up with subcontractor and material

At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience within the construction industry required
Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
Microsoft Office experience preferred
Internet research skills
Capable computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
