CLINICAL SUPERVISOR-PHYSICIAN PRACTICE : This position is responsible for overseeing the daily coordination of provider and staff schedules for adult medicine and pediatrics.
This includes, but is not limited to, the following : establishing positive working relationships with providers, facilitating staff schedules, staff education, and cross-training as appropriate, assisting with developing and critiquing workflows and promoting a professional and accountable culture of patient-centered care.
The Clinical Supervisor will also work closely with other Administrative roles to promote the mission and values of TriHealth.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
EDUCATION : Graduate of an approved technical, professional, or vocational program in Allied Health Business BLS / CPR (Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers)
EXPERIENCE : 1-2 years Clinical Allied Health
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE : Computer knowledge, EKG, Microsoft applications.
DEPARTMENT SPECIFICS : Clinical Background required. Ambulatory experience required, Primary Care preferred. Strong Ambulatory clinical skills a must.
LPN or MA. Strong interpersonal skills.
