If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Data Center Ops Senior Associate to join our team in Florence, Kentucky (US-KY), United States (US).The Data Center Team is responsible for overall Data Center Management for both the Florence, KY, and Cincinnati, OH locations, including Infrastructure and Operations for a multitude of clients across the globe. The shift will be Wed, Thur, Fri and every other Sat from 7pm to 7am.Daily work will consist of any or all of the following primary duties:- Data Center's Single point of contact for incoming calls and group email
- Respond to alarms in timely manner and update tickets as required
- Interacts with multiple ticketing systems to organize the teams daily Change Board and workflow
- Verifies that all visitors to the Data Center floor meet NTT's Access Requirements
- Escorts vendors to the Data Center Floor
- Shipping, Receiving and Inventory Management
- Backup Tape Handling
- Basic hardware support
- Other duties as directed that support world class management of the Data Center
- Intermediate hardware (break/fix), troubleshooting connectivity issues and replacement of hardware components
- Installation / De-installation of hardware, cabling and maintaining of databases
- Full Time Position in a Dynamic 24x7x365 organization
- This position will include rotating weekends and holidays
- 1+ years of experience in an IT role or equivalent certifications and education
- Data Center Experience

- Ability to conduct clear and effective two-way communication, verbal and electronic, with team members, vendors and customers (Internal and External)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to type at least 25 wpm
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Technical experience, technical aptitude or A+ Certification
- Cisco Monitoring Tools
