Requisition Number: 84007 Insight Enterprises is seeking a Datacenter Support Technician to work onsite in Cincinnati, Ohio.

This position is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity that will be supporting one of our large financial customers, datacenter locations. The main responsibilities will be server hardware install and uninstall, rack and stack, and server maintenance.

Please Note:

This position's regular shift is Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm onsite with our customers in the greater Cincinnati area.
This teammate will need to be able to join the on-call rotation - 2 weeks on-call and off-call for 4 weeks.
The position will require Tuesday evening work when you are on-call, to handle install/un-install server. The weeks that you are on-call and required to work Tuesday evenings, you will have flexible working hours (example: if you work 4 hours Tuesday evening, you will not need to come in until noon the following day or you can leave early on Friday).
The pay for this position is dependent on experience, though the range is 20.00 to 25.00 an hour regular pay, including an additional 18.00 a day while on-call rotation.

Must have experience: Installing/Moving/Uninstalling and Adding Server Hardware. 3+ years of Enterprise experience 3+ years of hands-on Server hardware support experience 3+ years of hands-on server, rack and stack, and maintenance experience. Ability to work onsite in the greater Cincinnati area. Ability to be on-call 2 weeks out of a month. Ability to work Tuesday evenings when on-call Dell Server experience is a plus
