Dynamics CRM Administrator

The leading organization in Restaurant & Food Service technology is hoping to welcome a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator to the team!

Responsibilities- Be an essential member of the IT team and ensure the success of the Dynamics CRM system for the organization and end users.- Manage the system by working on configurations and customizations, implementations and integrations with third-party systems.- Continuously maintain and improve the system by analyzing functionality, troubleshooting issues, performing system upgrades and backups.- Provide user training, promote best practices, create documents and present information to stakeholders and users.

Requirements- 5+ years' experience with IT Systems Administration.- 3+ years' hands-on experience with D365 CE/Dynamics CRM online and on-prem.- D365 CE Skills: Sales, Marketing, Project Service Automation, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.- Knowledgeable with the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure.- Successful candidates will be team players with great communication and collaboration abilities, as well as independent leaders who are able to take initiative.- Microsoft certifications are a plus
