Electronic Customer Relations billing AdminRoto-Rooter, America’s premier plumbing and drain cleaning company, is the name that homeowners and businesses turn to for select quality services. Process daily billing for various platforms using different methods of billing
Review daily order reports and handle accordingly
Assist in special projects
Assist in Account Receivable Collections
Requirements include:
Self-starter who is organized and thorough with attention to detail and thrives in a bustling environment
Excellent customer service skills
Solid computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
Customer Service experience a plus
Accounting experience
