The Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Directing and coordinating the daily priorities, appointments, calendar, tasks, meetings, deadlines, etc. for CEO and COO.
Daily review, coordination and anticipation of CEO and COO needs, calendar, tasks as well as confirm, coordinate and organize corporate meetings.
Screen incoming visitors, phone calls, communication and directed to CEO or COO for relevance, prioritization and importance. Take messages, field/answer all routine
Screen mail/email from outside and within organization. Review, organize and prioritize mail, faxes, e-mails, phone calls and general
Assist with completing deadlines, creating documents, assignments, gathering reports, information and initiate communication on behalf of CEO or COO.
Create letters, correspondence, formal e-mails and visual
Review, create, organize, proo and maintain confidential corporate information, memos, invoices, contracts and corporate documents on behalf of and as requested by CEO or COO. Professional communication and confidentiality of all information.
Make business travel arrangements, prepare and file expense reports.
Model and perpetuate corporate values.

Job RequirementsRequirements include, but are not limited to the following:
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Have previous executive level administrative support experience,
Be proficient with standard office equipment, including personal computers and Windows-based software
Be proficient with MS WORD, POWER POINT, EXCEL, OUTLOOK, and OUTLOOK CALENDARS
Be Self-directed, well-organized, and motivated with the ability to work quickly and accomplish tasks within identified time frames, with little or no supervision.
Be detail oriented, have experience working in a fast-paced atmosphere, and have excellent time management skills.
