Our client, a digital healthcare company, is looking to hire multiple Remote Family Health Advocates to start on 10/31. Details: Monday – Friday, must be flexible on shift (between 8a-8p EST) Training hours: 9:30a-6p EST $22/hour Start date: 10/31 Virtual interview and writing sample is required Remote position, equipment is provided Description: Utilize motivational interviewing and guided approaches to support members Use voice and chat to answer inquiries regarding: eligibility, benefits, open enrollment, claims, grievances/appeals, community resources, etc. Coordinate issue resolution with providers, payers, or 3rd parties Handle all benefit and enrollment issues Drive members engagement into appropriate programs and offerings Qualifications: High volume call center experience At least 2 years of experience in healthcare, preferably helping members navigate benefits and claims Experience in a healthcare contact center, provider office or healthcare institution Experience in successful resolution of high level/sensitive customer service issues About Aston Carter: Please Note: Scammers are posing as Aston Carter.
