- 5+ years as a functional consultant focused on SAP Plant Maintenance
- Configuration and implementation of Plant Maintenance within the SAP ERP system,
- Be able to assist in the configuration and implementation PM and IM-MM solutions for process industries.
- ABAP basic knowledge.
- Experience in direct SAP implementations working with functional leaders.
- Experience w/SAP Fiori PM Process in S4/HANA
- In-depth knowledge of integration with MM, Purchasing, FI/CO, PS, SD, and FM
- Must have experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Proven track record of leading and/or supporting Blueprint / Design client workshops.
- Engage with client in process centric discussions around PM functionality.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Ability to provide technical direction for complex SAP issues involving collaboration with the client, developers while planning and executing to approved timelines/milestones.
- Deep dive into existing SAP configuration and have a proven analytical / problem solving skills to address complex business requirements / issues.
- Familiarity with Supply Chain business models. Industry experience in Manufacturing Planning, Execution and /or Quality Management roles is a plus.
- Ability to plan and estimate timelines for specific tasks assigned.
- 7 Years of SAP Solution Manager Experience (Desired)
- Food and Beverage industry experience is a Plus.
