Title: Operations Manager

Location: Remote and Cincinnati onsite if required

Duration: 6 Months, 2-4 yr experience

GENERAL FUNCTION:

Responsibilities include working closely with Senior Manager-Fleet to lead all department Fleet Renewal Logistics and OD activities. The role includes Logistics coordination and scheduling, supplies ordering for new stores, remodels, relocations and closures.

Additionally, the role will include leading the execution of all operational activities involved in any special projects.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Fleet Logistics
  • Assure Logistics readiness for LC store openings, remodel, relocations, closings, and acquisition operations process, working with Rx Operations Center, NeXtore and other Brand and CSC partners to deliver on time opening and operational readiness
  • Coordinate Logistics and OD scheduling needs for all scope projects.
  • Maintain timely ordering of new store kits
  • Maintain and update Combined order forms collaborating with NeXtore and Procurement based on field feedback and Brand design changes
  • Review and update Brand model requisitions based on Brand design impact
  • Review and distribute Fleet programs supporting project execution
  • Troubleshoot and address onsite issues partnering with the Fleet Renewal manager; responsible for process improvements to reduce Logistical and procurement open issues
  • Represent the voice of the field by maintaining a working knowledge of store operations and field execution
  • Position involves travel to projects throughout N. America, 10-15%.
  • Effectively manages and executes remote projects and special projects as needed,
    • Drive towards a consistent and simplified execution of fleet activities by continuously looking for ways to improve the process and streamline activities. Identify gaps and look for root causes to propose and implement new solutions.
    • Identify and resolve project open issues according to established goals. Maintain ongoing log of progress and resolution status.
    • Create brand appropriate presentations for internal and external partners

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
    • College degree
    • 1-3 years operations experience
    • Strong business acumen
    • Excellent prioritization skills with clear focus on results
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong computer skills including Word, Excel (complex spreadsheets) and Power Point

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Store opening experience
