Job Duties: PC Tech will be performing or virtually assisting users over the phone and via screen share data migrations, pushing software and changing out desktops, laptops or workstations in a Plant site. Skills A basic understanding of Windows migrations and troubleshooting Perform data migrations using various tools Accurately document the installation and or removal of equipment The ability to multi-task, punctual and flexibility with the work hours. PC tech should be comfortable to work onsite in a plant environment.
