Please look for these skills This person should know delivery thoroughly and should have worked closely with offshore teams. Should have managed portfolios around 10-15 MUSD and a 100-150 people org-structure under him. Person who comes with Client experience specifically in digital areas like Websites, mobiles etc will be helpful. Program Managers have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. They are responsible for overseeing the achievement of larger organizational goals. They lead the overall program with strong attention to strategy, implementation, and delegation. Program managers are highly skilled professionals who help organizations stay on schedule, on spec, and ultimately on an upward trajectory of success and growth. They are also motiva ted by the desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES# Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.# Manage program and project teams for optimal ROI, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.# Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors.# Develop and manage budget for projects and deliver established business goals objectives.# Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects.# Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.
