- Responsible for creating/maintaining project charters and plans, leading core team meetings, and holding team members accountable for completing project deliverables.
- Strong ability to develop a strategy, formulate a plan with WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) that highlight interdependencies using a tool like MS Project
- Ability to work cross functionally with various departments, lead execution, and budgeting and estimating
- Labeling leader partnering with business units in developing labeling strategies, project plans and executing project plans
- Responsible for leading collaboration for impact analysis, alignment on scope and changing label content with cross functional partners, like Regulatory, Clinical, Quality, R&D, Marketing and Product Management as required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to take initiative running complex projects with minimal direction
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in a regulated industry
- Bonus Skillset: PMP certification and Windchill experience
- Experience working with FDA Regulations, and EU MDR
- Medical Device industry experience is highly preferred
