- BA tools and techniques
- Strong experience in analyzing and documenting business processes
- Experience in understanding and transcribing technical flows, data and system analysis
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Stakeholder management, communication skills, learning oriented, consensus building
- Experience working in a global delivery model, multivendor ecosystem
- Experience working in Agile framework
- Experience working with Bank Operations areas like Contact Center and Back Office
