- Utilizing industry best practices and techniques to build IPA solutions through an understanding of evolving business needs and technical capabilities
- Understand Business needs and elicit and document requirements, detailing current state and to be state application behavior's in the PDD
- Review with stakeholders and achieve agreement on requirements
- Achieve consensus on business needs, usability, performance and feasibility
- For internal customers being supported:
- Develop and maintain knowledge & learning
- Build approach to test the IPA enabled process
- Advise Development teams on troubleshooting analysis
- Proliferate offerings to sales team
- Follow standard documentation processes, focusing on objectives of the customer and development
- Support project planning and status reporting
- Sharing of knowledge and learning amongst peers
- Collaborate and execute project in a Global Delivery Model
- Participate in all project ceremonies - Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Demo or Review, Sprint Retrospective, Backlog Grooming
- Establish strong relationship with stakeholders at client location to drive collaboration for delivering quality solutions to customers
