Senior FPGA Engineer for our client in Cincinnati, OH Job Title: Senior FPGA Engineer Job Location: Cincinnati, OH Job Type: Contract Job Description:- Design, implement and verify FPGA and CPLD-based components:
- Analyze requirements.
- Complete conceptual and detailed designs.
- Design self-checking test benches and bus functional models.
- Verify by simulation and on-target testing.
- Perform synthesis, place and route, and timing closure.
- Perform requirements traceability to design and test cases as applicable.
- Document new and existing designs.
- Design FPGA and CPLD-based components using VHDL, Verilog, or System Verilog.
- Create and perform Verification using VHDL, Verilog, or System Verilog.
- Create hardware architecture definition.
- Design for safety, testability, and manufacturability.
- Support board-level FPGA integration.
- Present FPGA for FAA SOI Audits per DO-254.
