We're looking for a skilled Senior Process Improvement Analyst to liaise across business and technical teams to facilitate enterprise-wide process improvements.
This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. - Strong customer service skills with the ability to interpret and execute strategy
- Ability to communicate effectively in technical and nontechnical terms at all levels
- Advanced knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Advanced knowledge of IT processes, including portfolio, project, and product management, and product development
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
