Requisition Number: 82319 By joining Insight Enterprises as a Level 2 Service Delivery Specialist, you will enter a tech-savvy and collaborative world. We provide hardware, software and support services for our customers to accomplish their IT objectives. We have an immediate need for a capable Service Delivery expert to join a team supporting to a customer of ours in Cincinnati.

What you will be doing:

Tier 1 & 2 troubleshooting of IT support tickets involving Windows 10, Apple OS & iOS, Dell and Apple devices, mobile devices
Unpack, install, configure, troubleshoot and test operating systems, software applications, hardware and peripherals
Provide excellent customer service to employees experiencing technical difficulty (think White Glove Service)
Working within O365 to provide basic AD support (account generation, password resets, etc.)
Implementation and configuration of software used across the enterprise for virus protection, software patching, machine imaging, email delivery, security
Tracking and documenting computer asset inventory

What you'll need to join Insight:

2+ years applicable enterprise experience
Experience with PC messaging and software applications
Experience supporting enterprise environments with ticketing
Basic knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, SCCM, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Office 365 & Office 365 Exchange for email.
Troubleshooting experience of hardware and software in Windows & Mac Environments
Availability to work on-site in Cincinnati, OH
Professional demeanor when providing support to end users

Bonus points, but not required:

Any Certifications (A+, MCSA, etc.)
