About the Opportunity

DMI is looking for a

ServiceNow Architect to join our team. We are looking for a highly organized and efficient person with functional expertise in wrapping ServiceNow workflows around business operations. The successful candidate will be experienced in ServiceNow functionality and work with DMI's Strategic Services team to create new DMI service offerings and improve the end user experience. This person will be responsible for providing DMI's best practices and documenting solutions that fully leverage DMI's products and services to solve our customer's needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage key stakeholders both inside and outside the organization effectively
  • Engage customers in the integration of their ISTM system with DMI's ServiceNow platform
  • Create and maintain a technical governance strategy.
  • Working with the ServiceNow engagement team to remove technical debt and conform to ServiceNow best practices to ensure the instance's health
  • Facilitate workshops or meetings to collect requirements, present and validate solutions, and test the customer's configurations
  • Configure and design workflows on key business ServiceNow platform modules (ITSM, CSM, & HAM Pro)
  • Use automation to optimize processes, create efficiencies, and improve productivity
  • Produce a concise functional design for ServiceNow that meets the needs of DMI's customers and operations

Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Industry and project experience of 5+ years with ServiceNow
  • Experience working in an IT Service Management (ITIL) / Agile / DevOps environment
  • Consultancy experience (2+ years)

Required Skills/Certifications:

  • Hold ServiceNow System Administrator and/or and ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications
  • Required to have experience coding JavaScript and AngularJS 1.5, preferred candidates will also have experience with HTML and CSS
  • Experience configuring and supporting the ITSM, CSM, & HAM Pro modules

  • Proficiency to use Microsoft Office products including Visio, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Proficiency in typing, expected minimum of 40 words per minute

  • Ability to work after hours and weekends to deliver projects on time when necessary
  • Regular and reliable work attendance

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST
