Description:POSITION SUMMARY:The Tech Support Software Engineer supports server-based programs and hardware for material handling equipment that has previously been installed. This role understands equipment requirements, business, and customer requirements that drive the design of the technical solutions to support the customer efficiently.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Supports software and database applications
Coordinates any major modifications required to support previously installed systems
Determines system requirements with internal engineering/project management teams
Works with customers to determine issues and perform minor system modification to enhance system performance and operations
Debugs and troubleshoots software installation; supports system post installation for customer service, including answering and assisting with afterhours customer calls

Additional Skills & Qualifications:MUSTS:3+ years of experience as a software developer with microsoft technologies and web development
College/University degree in Computer Science ore equivalent career experience
Competent with .Net development including C#, ASP.Net, Java, Java Script, and related technologies
Competent with Windows operating systems
Competent with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL
PLUS:Experience with project based software development
Experience with WCS or WES and WMS
Experience with Agile software development processes
Experience with GUI-based applications
Experience with web-based solutions
Experience with server-based applications
