- Role Description
- Responsible for planning and conducting consumer research at every stage of the product's lifecycle, including its conceptualization, prototype validation, and final usability testing
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to analyze intent, develop research questions, and design a method for collecting data, then conduct generative, evaluative, or custom research to help support the business's objectives and produce user-focused insights
- Use storytelling to translate high-level concepts into easily understood research insights in presentations, reports, and workshops; conduct sessions for synthesis and analysis of design research
- Develop budgets, timelines for research projects, and recruit participants for research studies
- Build user journeys and personas
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to drive product, technology, and design decisions
- Provide thought leadership and best practices to ensure that we consistently deliver holistic, delightful, and exceptional digital experiences to our customers across the enterprise; ensure that new digital design is implemented with enterprise design and experience standards in mind
- Your first 90 days

- Coordinate and execute a UX design practice
- Align with Digital Strategy Leader on next steps and recommendations
- Work confidently in your role and continue to want to dig deeper to uncover opportunity
- Have people coming to you for UX thought leadership
- Have developed a communication plan around learnings and learning opportunities
