Account Coordinator - Remote (Central Region/St. Louis, Cincinnati) Job Summary: The Account Coordinator will facilitate communications with clients, Account Executives and Recruiters. Primary responsibilities will include submitting candidates to clients for consideration via vendor management systems (VMS) and via email, producing reports, interacting with clients, coordinating interviews between candidates and clients, providing client support, account management support and other related tasks.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities: • Perform candidate submittals via vendor management system (VMS) and email • Provide reporting, statistics and updates on candidate submittals • Monitor and update candidate submissions and status our applicant tracking system • Collaborate with account management team members and clients • Schedule interviews and technical screenings with applicants • Maintain and update employee status in the Applicant Tracking System • Maintain and update information in several Vendor Management Systems - including Fieldglass, Beeline, IQ Navigator, Peoplefluent, etc. • Coordinate with Onboarding for time sensitive updates on completion of new hire paperwork • Execute projects for Recruiting and Sales teams • Facilitate SOWs/POs and extensions as needed, coordinating with onboarding and legal as needed • Ensure that Eliassen consultants are familiar with the time entry process and other procedures specific to the respective VMS tool utilized by a client • Investigate timesheet and invoice approval chain issues and work with accounting representatives to find a solution to these issues • Execute and manage consultant assignment extension and off-boarding procedures Required Skills & Abilities: • Excellent client service and organizational skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Proven ability to manage a high volume of tasks with minimal supervision • Detail-oriented • Team-player • Proven ability to form successful and strong relationships • Proficient in MS Office and other web-based applications and tools Education and Experience: • High school diploma/GED and 1-2 years of administrative experience required; Bachelor's degree and 0-1 years of experience accepted
