We are seeking cleared or clearable Cyber Test Engineer / Tech Writer who are self-motivated, energetic individuals with a background in Information Technology/Computer Science, or a related technical discipline who are interested in joining our highly skilled Cyber Development teams to develop unique solutions critical to global security. Successful candidates will participate in a broad range of applications with exposure to a variety of programs that provide critical solutions to U.S. government agencies and the Department of Defense. Consequently, we are seeking Cyber professionals who already have security clearance, or those who are readily clearable. Our Cyber Test Engineer / Technical Writers will lead the test of cyber operations products to ensure verification of requirements and validation that the system meets the Concept of Operations. They also write highly technical information on proposals and documentation delivered to our customers. Essential Functions: Interface with the customer regarding test and verification activities of cyber operations products. Work with multiple teams to develop stress, functional, acceptance, and ad-hoc tests based on the requirements and operational scenarios. Automate the testing and characterization of cyber products to the extent possible given budgets, project time frame, and long term benefit of the product. Design, develop and configure system test components necessary to perform end-to-end testing of cyber products. Develop scripts as necessary to integrate components, perform new capabilities, facilitate testing, etc. Characterize cyber operations products under a multitude of configurations. Monitor daily automated test executions and work with teams to analyze the cause and apply fixes for failures. Generate and present to the end customer various milestone packages including Software Requirement Review, Test Readiness Review, and Acceptance Review. Specify improvements to test and development network infrastructures. Write technical documentation and prepare technical documentation on proposals. MSRAD Basic Qualifications: Computer/IT or STEM related BS degree and 2 years engineering experience OR Computer/IT or STEM related MS Degree with 0 years engineering experience Exposure to developing test plans, procedures, and requirements documentation US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance Preferred Qualifications: Author technical documentation from source material gathered from engineering resources and/or develops operator and maintenance manuals Create documentation that follows standard industry formats Design and establish style guidelines and standards for texts and graphics that meet the need of the program and company Analyze documents to maintain continuity of content style and ensure applicable standards are met Review, revise, and modify documents prepared by others Experience planning and performing ad-hoc test to uncover esoteric software errors by performing non-standard sequences General understanding of databases Experience with MySQL or other databases Programing skills in a scripting language such as Python, Bash, Expect, PowerShell Active Top Secret security clearance This position offers the option of a 9/80 work schedule. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work nine-hour days Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
