Desktop Support (Windows OS/Networking)

ONSITE at Erlanger KY (near the airport) MUST have experience

• Networking
• DNS
• vLAN

• Authentication/Active Directory
• Security Groups
• General AD

• OS Repair

• 4-5 years of experience in laptop desktop maintenance, OS and basic knowledge of Windows servers AD, ILO configuration, Backup and networking.

• H
  ands and feet support at Erlanger KY location where approx. 80 to 90 users are there.
• Provide hardware OS and Image level of support if any, faced by end users.
• Installation of new Operating systems, replacement of RAM and faulty system.
• Manage the local network cables and checking power supply ILO of server take the backup of file server at data center.
• Provide windows support to trouble shoot if any SB Media server is down Nuco and Judy diamond related application server
