Hiring An Information Security Analyst Our direct client is seeking an Information Security Analyst to join their Team!
The Position:The Information Security Analyst-Level will be responsible for the following:- Performing analysis of compliance of IT security controls, policies, standards, and procedures
- Assessing deployed tools and processes for posture improvement
- Applying industry standards and best practices
- Assisting in organizational maturity assessments and initiatives
- Working collaboratively with internal and external IT resources to reduce cyber vulnerabilities
- Supporting security reviews of existing and proposed systems
- Providing occasional after hours and weekend support
- Communicating with multiple levels of management
- Attending technology conferences and seminars when relevant to current position or specialty area.
- High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree, preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting operational IT security requirements or equivalent security training/education, preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Minimum of 1 year overall in Information Security or IT Audit
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks
