Looking to fill a skilled remodeling/construction lead position. Need someone that can handle multiple general trades (framing, drywall, electric, basic plumbing, etc.). This person will be responsible to take a job from start to finish. Must be able to work with (and guide) a helper on a job site. Would be doing a lot of bathroom, kitchen, basement and whole home remodels.
Requirements:
-2+ years of construction MINIMUM
- MUST have reliable transportation. A truck/van is a bonus.
-Needs to have some of your own tools. (hand tools, saw, drill, etc)
-18 years or older.
- MUST to be able to pass a drug test
- Able to follow directions
This is an employed full time position, not a 1099. Job to start ASAP. Looking for someone that wants to work 40 hours a week and LEARN new things.
