The company is located in the Woodlawn/Evendale area of Cincinnati, Ohio.
Qualifications
Minimum two years post high school education.
Ability to grasp an explained task at hand.
Ability to be trained to research using various internet based resources and accurately record results.
Ability to use typical office environment tools and programs (Word, Excel, Internet).
Ability to follow instructions as well as use critical thinking skills.
Professional level skills in typing, spelling, accuracy, and self-proofing work.
Ability to take direction, apply the training and produce intended results.
Job Description
The role we are looking to fulfill is Content Researcher. The task is to research and record content into a template for use in the creation of board games. The data is very specific and it involves the attributes of various cities and towns. There is a significant amount of reading, fact checking, recording and proofing the results. Accuracy and speed are equally relevant. After training, a Quality Project should be completed in 4-5 hours.
There are multiple ways to structure this opportunity:
Full time in office.
Part time in office.
Working remote from another location.
FULL TIME - Compensation
Compensation is "pay-per-project"- $90 per Quality Project.
Full time candidates may be eligible to perform other tasks (proofing, editing, organizing others work) at a negotiated hourly rate when not in "pay-per-project" mode.
FULL TIME - Benefits, Miscellaneous
Company pays ALL health insurance premiums for employees and their family members. No employee contribution.
Retirement Fully-funded by company. No matching employee contribution.
Two weeks paid vacation.
Reasonably flexible work hours to fit an individual's schedule. (No evening work)
PART TIME in office
Work space and necessary office equipment furnished.
Employee schedules their own hours (Maximum 25 hours per week, no evening work on site).
"Pay-per-project" rate is $120 per project.
No Health Insurance.
Retirement Contribution (Eligibility requirement is 1000 on-site hours recorded in a year.)
One week paid vacation after one year.
REMOTE CONTRACTOR
No work on site.
No company benefits.
Company does not establish work hours.
No company tools/equipment provided (must have own computer, internet, software, etc.)
1099 Contractor relationship.
"Pay-per-project" rate is $150 per QUALITY project.
Projects are made available one at a time until quality output is evaluated. The higher the quality of work, the more projects are available. Templated guidelines and specific training and goals are available before project begins.
