Medinas is a young fast-growing Y Combinator-backed company that's the pre-owned medical equipment marketplace. We work with healthcare organizations of all sizes to help them buy and sell their pre-owned medical equipment. We're looking for a reliable, positive, and fast learning person with passion for efficiency to join our team part-time (morning shift) in Cleveland Ohio.
Your goal as our first Cleveland Sales Coordinator would be to facilitate and support the Sales teams activities, so that they can keep focused on their biggest deals and maximize performance.
Responsibilities include:
Crafting pricing quotes, proposals, and invoices during the morning shift (4 hours per day, 8am-11am or 9am-12pm)
Scheduling logistics with customers for installations, de-installations, pack-ups, pick-ups, and everything in between.
Researching important details about medical equipment and potential customers.
Keeping the sales office organized and in good working order.
You have many of the following:
Analytical and well-organized
Resourceful and creative problem solver
Excellent written and verbal communication
Fast learner with strong attention to detail
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Digitally savvy (proficiency with Google Docs or Excel a plus)
Experience working with a sales team a plus
