Property Management Company looking for a reliable and honest professional to help run 200+ properties.
Principle Duties (minimum 30 hours in office)
Property management-Receipt rents, field calls from tenants, create and dispatch service requests, handle contractors, process lease renewals, process rental registration and city permit applications, etc.
Property management skills a plus.
Outside leasing.
Knowledge & Skills Needed
Licensed real estate agent is a plus but not a deal breaker.
Familiar with applicable local, state and federal laws and housing regulations.
Business communication skills and collection experience is a plus.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Data entry into Company software, phone skills, problem solving and the ability to work under pressure.
