Title: Customer Service Representative II

Location: Cleveland, OH

Duration: 3 Months

Job Description:
  • The position is assisting in processing orders from suppliers in our supply chain.
  • Entering orders and communicating with customers
  • This is a 90-day contract position
  • The schedule is in the office (in Cleveland) Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm. after training the schedule is 2 days in the office 3 days at home.
  • Office environment
  • To be successful the candidate needs to understand warehouse distribution and supply chain management.
  • The candidate will interact with customers; give information in response to inquires about accounts, products, and services.
  • Will communicate with customers through Outlook email and take their manual product orders and quanites through an Excel spreadsheet.
  • Excellent computer skills and communication skills are a must.
  • Since they will work from home 3 days a week, candidates must be disciplined enough to work solo and in a team environment when in the office.
  • Takes care of and settles customer complaints, special orders, or returns in-store or via phone or mail.
  • Answers customers' questions regarding product or service and operation or maintenance.
  • Receives and processes orders provide information concerning pricing, changes in service, discontinuance, and shipping.
  • The nature of products and services is at a level of complexity that usually involves up to two years of directly related study, training, and/or experience to acquire job know-how.

Mandatory Skills:
  • 3+ years experience in high volume, high customer touchpoint position. Outlook and Excel skills are a must.

Desired Skills:
  • 3+ years experience in manufacturing products distribution.
