Technical Project Engineer Modis,Inc., a leader in the IT staffing industry is assisting a customer with a search for a Technical Project Engineer to add to their team. This is a full-time permanent opportunity with one of our best clients. They require your presence in the office and onsite at your client's office locations in northeast Ohio

Responsibilities:

Work with Project Managers, Sales Engineers and clients to understand their technical challenges and make recommendations on infrastructure solutions using Virtualization or Cloud technologies

Design and build out solutions concerning Servers, Network infrastructure, Firewalls, and end-user computing

Consult with Clients and Sales Engineers, providing your expertise in the IT solutions best for their environments.

Skills Required:

Bachelor's degree in IT or similar is strongly preferred, but not required

Strong experience in IT Infrastructure including Windows and Linux Servers, Virtualization, Cloud, Network Routing and Switching protocols and designs, and Disaster Recovery

5+ years of experience in hands on Server engineering roles

5+ years of experience in hands on Network Engineering roles

2-5 years of experience in Project Management and customer-facing scenarios

Professionalism, top-notch communication skills and positive attitude is required for success
