- Strong ability and experience to understand and restate requirements and understand the business needs and communicate to the dev teams.
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from end users and formalize it from a business perspective into story cards.
- Review and edit business processes and requirements as they change.
- Review new business opportunities to gain and refine understanding of their value to establish preliminary estimates of opportunity.
- Create Business Cases, including in-scope and out-of-scope items.
- Analyze, document, and improve workflows, processes, and standards.
- Communicate effectively with Business stakeholders and external customers, as needed.
- Work with IT staff members to build acceptance criteria and use cases against all requirements
- Analyze application defects and changing requirements to determine if they fall within scope of features/stories
