Our direct, Fortune 100 client HQed in the Cleveland, OH area is looking for a REMOTE Agile Coach. This long-term need would start as a 12 month, extendable contract. You d work with senior management in both Business and IT to understand, create, and implement Agile improvement processes. This could include coaching leaders at an executive and management level, as well as coaching individual Scrum teams in more of a hands-on capacity. You ll be part of a centralized team whose primary focus is on improving Agile and Lean processes at both the organizational and team levels so, your role would really be emphasized on serving as a true Agile consultant serving as an expert on Agile Scrum methodologies, understanding different organizations current processes and recommending and implementing Agile methodologies as appropriate

Essential Skills:

- Experience with IT Process Analysis (Agile Coaching), providing leadership and coaching on Enterprise IT Lean Agile practices - Coaching on the execution of SAFe (scaled agile framework for enterprises), by applying Lean Agile principles to all processes, Scrum teams, and IT/Business partnerships. - Adjustments of IT KPIs, speed of decisions, prioritized work and optimized investments. - Facilitating voice of the customer, value stream maps, end user story mapping, MVP, vertical slicing, user stories, writing Gherkin statements, problem solving sessions, and retrospectives - Strong experience coaching others including executive levels of leadership on Lean and Agile principles/practices/tools

Plusses:

- Experience facilitating process improvement initiatives using various techniques (PDCA, A3, DMAIC, etc.) - Proven track record of leading others through significant change & experience with Organizational Change Management frameworks (e.g. ADKAR) - Experience leading an organization in adoption of a new Management System (e.g., Visual Management, Stand-Ups/Huddles, Weekly Goal Setting, Problem Solving, Go-Sees, Leader Standard Work)
