- Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts and test reports on multiple projects of varying size
- Perform testing on various software and reporting systems
- Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process
- Review user requirements documents to ensure that requirements are testable
- Acts as a liaison between technology teams and business units, including supporting vendor partners as required
- Facilitates the capturing of business and system requirements; works with technical team members to translate requirements into design deliverables
- Provides advice in determining a best practice approach in meeting the business requirements
- Identifies and documents functional requirements, test cases, and testing of the test cases through all phases of the project life cycle
- Partners with technology teams in identifying the appropriate solution design
- Provides training, documentation, and subject matter expertise to end users
- Identifies, analyzes, and responds to project risks
- Serves on medium to small initiatives, at times more than one
- Partners with senior analysts to review work deliverables
- Gather, interpret, and analyze data related to a system or business process
- Present recommendations to system stakeholders based on data analysis
- Research new functionality and best practices for your assigned area of responsibility
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
