Our direct, Fortune 500 client in northeast Cleveland, OH is looking for an Application Support Engineer to design, develop, and maintain an internal business application environment. You will develop solutions for integrating a vendor package while also maintaining the QA environment. Infrastructure engineering experience will be more important than software engineering, as well as experience in a Windows Server/SQL Server environment. Experience with Duck Creek software and Splunk will also be highly preferred. This will be remote for now, but eventually on-site in Cleveland, OH.

Essential Skills:

- Experience in Windows Server OS, IIS, and knowledge of SQL Server, clustering, and software deployment - Working knowledge of server hardware, storage and virtualization environments - Strong collaboration, problem solving, and interpersonal skills

Plusses:

- Working knowledge of Splunk and App Dynamics - ProTools SCM/DevOps skills for builds and elevates - Duck Creek technical skills (Not configuring Duck Creek)
