Experience running ZOS, I-Series, and Server-based systems required. Shift is 2nd shift; 3:00pm-11:30pm; Sunday-Thursday 2nd Shift Mainframe Computer Operator job responsibilities include: Running batch mainframe jobs, monitoring consoles, responding to program commands, restarting jobs that are hung-up, handling abends, updating battery monitors and anti-virus software, organizing data center Taking overflow help desk calls (elevating calls to programmers when necessary) QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience with IBM mainframe ZOS, I-Series, and Server-based systems
