Helps students achieve improved standardized testing scores in MathEstablishes a high degree of student/instructor rapport and creates a positive and desirable atmosphere within the classroom setting to promote student motivationMaintains a high degree of accountability within the classroom setting to allow for maximum learningDocuments student attendance, performance, progress, and behavior in a timely manner and within program guidelinesReports any deficiencies to managerDelivers instruction using provided curriculum resources and develop new/updated curriculum as neededIntegrates applied academic activities into classroom curriculumHolds students accountable for following Center's dress code/behavioral standards of conductResponsible for adequate classroom preparationResponsible to track student performance and achievement, and assist students in setting short, intermediate, and long-term goalsMaintains adequate classroom cleanlinessEffectively relates to the student population and recognize student success in the classroomAdheres to all data integrity measures related to classroom instruction and testingCreates and sustains positive working relationships with co-workersPerforms all other duties as assigned
