Our client near Cleveland is looking for an IT Problem Management Analyst to provide a single point of contact for various platform problems. This resource will take ownership of these problems and coordiate the actions to remedy the problems using root cause analysis, identifying known errors, and coordinating actions to remediate the errors. This role also involves documentation of such remediation to help avoid such problems from recurring. This position is fully remote at least through the end of the year with a plan to resume on-site work sometime in 2022.

Essential Skills:

- Experience or proficient with ITSM (IT Service Mgmt) Systems ex: Remedy. - Technical aptitude and technical problems solving skills, with the ability to learn new technical developments quickly. - Listening, verbal and written communications skills, along with meeting facilitation skills. - Organizational skills and ability to work on multiple problems and/or assignments simultaneously. - Ability to pay close attention to details. - Experience/proficient with MicroSoft Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Work, Excel, MS Teams, OneNote)
