Kelly is hiring an Assisant Director for one of the largest and most respected Higher Education Institutions in the Cleveland, OH / University Circle area. Our partner is known for world class research and is one of the highest ranked Universities in the US. This is a Temporary role but may converted to permanent based on performance during the assignment!this is a first shift position with a pay rate of $23.08Please give me a call at 330-688-8400 if you have the following qualifications:REQUIRED SKILLSExceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a demonstrated temperament to work effectively with a wide variety of constituencies, both inside and outside the organization. Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues. Ability to interact with colleagues, supervisors and customers face to face.

Professional integrity, enthusiasm, and a record of ongoing professional commitment and contribution.

High degree of energy, creativity, flexibility, organization. Ability to organize, establish objectives and priorities and achieve goals in an aggressive organizational environment. Strong ability to manage personal workload to achieve multiple strategic objectives.

Demonstrated success in professional fund-raising and development, and knowledge and understanding of the nature and purpose of private higher education. Demonstrated ability to interact effectively in a research university setting. Familiarity with private university alumni and national funders of culture and education preferred.

Ability to meet consistent attendance.

Demonstrated computer proficiency (including Microsoft Office and Development software) and the ability to learn new programs.

Demonstrated capacity to treat confidential materials with discretion.

Willingness and ability to travel as necessary.
