We are looking for an energetic manager to oversee our thriving, busy breakfast restaurant at our east side location. There is a possibility that you might work at our west side restaurant as well.

This is the PERFECT job for someone who is tired of late nights and long hours. You will work less than 50 hours per week and will be compensated like you work 60! We close early in the afternoon seven days a week, so you can be home with your family for dinner. Different than most restaurants, chains/franchises, YOUR QUALITY OF LIFE is important to us. We have tried to create a warm, friendly and high energy environment for our managers, employees and customers. We compensate well and we will give you thorough training so that you can contribute quickly. Our restaurants are busy, and weekends are not for the timid! We are looking for a manager who can work five days per week. Your schedule never changes, so you can plan your days off and evenings. Future opportunities and growth are possible, including multi-unit responsibility. Some specifics below:

1. You must have INITIATIVE, DRIVE and ENERGY. We are looking for someone who will work as hard as we do! If you are slow paced, need constant direction and guidance, please do not apply.

2. You should be able to work with and nurture a diverse employee and customer base. This is of paramount importance to us and we will ask you to demonstrate this ability and experience in an interview.

3. You should fully understand a restaurant P&L, not only how to read it, but more importantly what strategies can be realized from the information and how can you put these into processes to improve our business.

4. Our restaurant uses Micros, so any experience with that system is beneficial.

5. We do not hold your hand, rather, we are looking for managers who can work on their own, make good, solid decisions and take care of problems as they arise. You need to show initiative!

6. You should be able to "troubleshoot" problems with the operations of the building, including HVAC, computers, coffee equipment, etc.

7. You must be able to open the restaurant at 6:00 am for the employees. Everyone works on week-ends.

8. You should be able to conduct a food inventory, be able to put in food/chemical/paper orders on a consistent basis understanding "pars" as well as keeping inventory levels to a minimum.

9. We will ask you how you develop processes for improvement and, moreover, how you manage to keep these processes in place.

10. You should have good, reliable transportation.

11. You should be a good listener and compassionate to our customers and employees. If you can't manage in "gray" areas, this job is NOT for you.

12. You may work at both of our locations: Westgate Mall and Beachwood.

13. If your idea of "managing" is taking long smoke breaks or talking on your cell phone, this job is NOT for you.

14. Honesty and personal integrity are paramount!
