Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations for food and beverage selections, utilizing upselling techniques to enhance the guest experience.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, adhering to fine dining standards.
Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and address any special requests from guests.
Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide informed recommendations to guests.
Requirements
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions accurately.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in this role.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
