Property Management company looking to hire full time Landscaper Crew.POSITION WILL REPORT TO AKRON OFFICE DAILY. Duties are to maintain commercial properties to the customers scope of work. The ideal candidate will have experience mowing, weed eating, tree/shrub trimming, and driving a truck and trailer. Crew Leader must be able to train and use commercial zero turn mowers, push mowers, line trimmers, hedge trimmers, blowers, snow plow equipment. Company vehicle, gas card, and equipment provided. Must have valid drivers license, must be 21 to drive company vehicle. Must be able to pass driver and personal background checks. This is a full time, year round position. 40 hours + per week. Landscaping duties will turn into snow removal in the winter. Compensation will be determined by experience.
