Surface Engineering, an established asphalt maintenance company, is hiring laborers. This position is seasonal. Committed employees are eligible to return the following season. Paid weekly, $18-$22/hour based on experience.
Daily job responsibilities include:
Properly blocking off, cleaning, and preparing parking lots for crack seal, sealcoating, patching, and painting.
Use of weed whacker, blower, and wire broom to clean the parking lot.
Applying hot pour crack fill material utilizing a crack sealer melter and wand.
Applying seal coat with brooms, squeegees, and/or sprayers
Asphalt and/or sealcoating experience is a plus.
A valid Driver’s License or Class B CDL is a plus.
