Seeking full time maintenance person who has knowledge of electrical, hvac, install drywall, painting, carpeting, flooring etc. We need a person who is jack of all trades but not necessarily someone who is licensed 100% in one area. Seven buildings all in the Coventry neighborhood of upper Cleveland Hts. Person would be responsible in minor routine Maintenace and turning units as tenants move out.
