PART TIME - Experienced LLC's, corporations, joint ventures, contracts, start up, early stage and mature companies, leases, sales and purchases, private placements, licenses, etc. - possible opportunity to take over practice - some small portion of time could be telecommute - regular questions and e-mails from clients cannot turn off on days not in office be able to respond to e-mails and phone calls whether days in office or not - would like to continue to practice but not full time - OR - has own small practice and would like to combine that with firm's practice - loves the practice of law - does not need the money but money would be helpful - would do to be involved, to be in a very small firm that some would consider interesting with a different approach to the practice of law and involvements in the community helpful if assist in firm's practice development cover events and networking opportunities developing into a full-time opportunity over time not out of the question - have to live with oversight until comfort level established regardless of how distinguished - high level of information sharing.
