  • Oversight, supervision, and training on the digital market system – including troubleshooting and leading quality control efforts of the outsourced CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database team. Integration management of databases. Collaborate with IT on system updates. Lead the selection and implementation of potential new CRM system.
  • Manage relationship and use of email marketing tool (Concep), including training, upgrades, best practices, and contract terms.
  • Manage all aspects of contact management activities (alerts, newsletters, emails, etc.) with reporting and measurement needs of the BD & Marketing team.
  • Manage campaigns and provide support and training to BD Managers. Provide analytical support for campaign performance, leveraging data visualizations where appropriate. Supervise at least one direct report.
  • Provide data-driven analysis and support initiatives, including campaign targeting and segmentation for BD & Marketing colleagues and lawyers
  • Build a client-centric data-driven marketing culture by creating an ongoing feedback loop for insight sharing across internal teams and leadership.
  • Collaborate on all digital marketing projects including website redesign, social media campaigns, SEO (search engine optimization) strategies, and data analytics.
  • Identify, develop, implement, and train on new processes and systems to support the activities of the BD & Marketing team.
  • Provide strategic guidance for future initiatives that require marketing subject matter experts.
  • Collaboration with and management of outside vendors.
  • Other duties as requested and assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five (5) years of related experience; equivalent combination of education, training and experience may substitute for education requirement. Professional services experience highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel. Proficiency with HTML, CSS, Web Applications, Concep or similar CRM, Intapp Relationships, RSS and XML and other software platforms desirable. Strong internet research and SEO skills. Demonstrated ability to use legal and financial research systems. Proven aptitude to learn new software applications.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills both oral and written. Ability to speak effectively and respond to common inquiries or complaints from all levels of professional and support staff, clients, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Interpersonal communication skills necessary to maintain effective relationships with partners, attorneys, clients and staff, and to exhibit a high degree of responsiveness, diplomacy and professionalism in these interactions.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines. A tolerance for uncertainty. Outstanding creativity, flexibility, and persistence; motivation and energy with the ability to work with little supervision and collaborate with other members of the team.
  • Strong project management skills. Project and team management experience with attention to detail and a willingness to “roll up sleeves” and operate at whatever level is needed to accomplish tasks.
  • Thorough understanding of technologies that can be applied to operations and enhance working efficiency. Demonstrated ability to employ software at the power-user competence level.
  • A strong client service approach and team orientation. Ability to exercise discretion with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Must be able to perform essential duties of the position with time constraints and interruptions.
