We’re a well-established property management company, who pride ourselves in our hands-on approach and community involvement. We are currently in search of an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our incredible team.
Administrative Assistant:
In this role, you will work directly with the Chief Financial Officer of the company to provide personalized secretarial, administrative, accounting, and analysis support.
If you were working for us, here are some things you would have done last week:
Managed correspondence and appointments, and handled calendar management for the CFO
Answered incoming calls, and screened and directed callers and visitors appropriately
Handled all incoming and outgoing daily mail
Coordinated business travel arrangements
Maintained confidential business files
Developed and implemented an efficient documentation and filing system
Ordered office and kitchen supply stock
Made sure office equipment was well-maintained and operational
Provided backup to the Executive Assistant to the CEO
Assisted with basic network server and telecommunications issues
Supported some accounting functions like assisting with month and year-end processing, report production, data entry, filing, and mailing out of invoices, statements and checks, and depositing checks and cash

Qualifications
Relevant administrative experience (e.g. working as an administrative or executive assistant, office manager, or similar)
Basic bookkeeping experience, combined with familiarity of basic accounting principles, language, and software
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with MRI or RealPage accounting software is a strong asset
Post-secondary education in finance, mathematics, economics, accounting or real estate is preferred
