Our direct client located in a northeast suburb of Cleveland, OH is looking for a detail-oriented and energetic IT Contracts and Vendor Management Analyst for a 6 month contract with the possibility for extensions (this position is open to REMOTE candidates). This role requires good experience and understanding of the full Procurement process, but the emphasis will be on candidates who have experience sourcing and managing IT Labor vendors (professional services, statement of work, contingent labor, etc). Day-to-day responsibilities: - Manages and monitors vendor performance per contract agreements - Develops SLAs and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for inclusion in contract negotiations. Drives continuous improvement in vendor performance against appropriate SLAs and KPIs. - Facilitates meetings between vendors and Company stakeholders (e.g., gathering requirements, identifying solutions, vendor performance) - Functions as the point of contact for contract and vendor service issues from business partners and assigned vendors - Administers the vendor feedback process, which includes collecting, integrating, analyzing and communicating information. Makes suggestions for process improvements.

Essential Skills:

- IT labor sourcing acumen - offshore and onshore - Liaising with and managing IT labor vendors - Proficient in MS Office tools - SharePoint

Plusses:

- Experience using Coupa for contract management is preferred - Beeline experience is nice to have
